It's hard to tell because Disney hasn't released USD figures for Peru in the past years. The only movie registered in Mojo > $10M is Super Mario Brothers.

 

Found several articles with Endgame as highest grossing movie in Peru at the time of release, but no indication if it's USD or lc. The previous record owner was Infinity War.

So somehow Transformers could gross more than Endgame but carry less viewers since it already has $11M with fewer viewers than Mario.
