Just a bad movie all around. Poor visual effects, the acting is over-the-top and the story itself is lame. I hope they do a reboot, maybe cast Idris Elba as Al Simmons/Spawn...

I pretty much hated the movie. And that was before I saw Todd McFarlane's animated Spawn series from HBO and read the comics (both of which are amazing). Disappointing really. I hope it can be brought to the big screen in the right way in the future.
