This is where the series started to go downhill. As much as I can find humor and even enjoy this movie for what it is, the film is not all the good. It was using the idea of how computers were getting more and more ingrained into the world as did many of the 80's movies, but it really didn't work. As much as i like Richard Pryor, this was called Superman III, not untitled Richard Pryor comedy.

Eek I try to not think of this movie in relationship to Superman - while not the bottom basement level that Quest for Peace is this is still a steaming pile of crap...C

it's quite watchable. I liked how the first half wasn't too campy and the Smallville stuff was decent + an evil Superman is always fun to watch. Unfortunately, the film is dominated by the horrible humor and the god-awful Richard Pryor character. the climax was really boring, it just kept going on and on 50/100
