charlie Jatinder
8.0 Douban. 9.5 Maoyan. Trust on Maoyan has gone down in last few months though for local films.

Cooper Legion
Some pretty high scores near the top of the BO right now with ALRF, Shockwave 2 and Soul (not as much ‘near the top of the BO,’ but I think it will overtake Dream of Eternity for 4th soon). Gavin’s local masterpiece jointing as well, then CNY hits. After a weak early Dec, CBO is back baby! DS hoping for a reverse Frozen 1 — make most of its money in Japan from an autumn OW, then take #1 WW the next spring with a late release in non-Japan.
Cooper Legion
If 31st was considered just previews, is LRF a 2021 movie for record keeping? Or 2020?

Cooper Legion
Passed Maoyan’s prediction for the full day a little bit ago Jat will probably tell me I’m too optimistic with PS loaded nights again, but we’re a decent chunk into the afternoon and I’m still seeing it at 33-37ish. Even on low end, an excellent occupancy % and exhibitors are acting as such for tomorrow’s screen allocation. I think WW84’s OW can be targeted by Soul’s 2nd weekend here, though it’s no easy goal and shouldn't be used as a benchmark for success.
charlie Jatinder
Seems like ALRF 275ish and Soul 30-32ish. Weekend ALRF perhaps 725mn (965mn including Previews) i.e. $110mn ($148mn) Soul 105-115mn ($16-17.5mn) // 185-195mn ($28-29mn) total Projecting 400-500mn full run for Soul.
