As of right now it's not confirmed for release anywhere but the US, Canada and Mexico.

local fans want this go theaters. But I'm not sure whether any distributor would take it.

I seriously doubt so, the 5 days trend doesn't scream any major breakout sign. Barbie had a insane jump from Fri-Sat and another jump from Sat-Sun, that form the foundation for the 2nd weekend increase. Not to mention there are three local film coming this weekend, one of which are selling pretty good in presale.

At present, the situation of Japanese Films is unstable, and anything may happen; altogether we have a backlog of 10 Film (yet to be release)

Introduction of Digimon seems faster in Mainland than Hong Kong, Macau &Taiwan. That's say they were in talks for a month. Simultaneous Release could happen but who knows -

 

So, Post October Holidays will start with Digimon, then Conan and Year will end with How Do You Live? Porco Rosso would probably move to next year.
