Absolutely infuriating, when you watch this you're gonna wanna shout at the TV because the characters are so stupid. But that's entirely the point, to show how people can blindly obey authority. The cast portrays these people brilliantlyJake Gittes is right when he calls it the horror of the year, because it's definitely unbearably disturbing shit to see what that girl goes through.

I work in fast food and people are that dumb. This movie creeped me out cause i can totally see this happening. Ann Dowd is getting all the praise but drema walker(June she needed Chloe!) was the standout for me. 4.5/5

Works more as an study and analysis on human behavior rather than a film.Still, perhaps I'm jaded with a law degree, but just how dense is the average person? Scary stuff.

It seems more and more that society really underestimates human psychology. From an outside observer, everything here seems utterly preposterous, but the reality of it is that this isn't out of the norm. Contrary to what we believe, society isn't really that smart as we think they are. A- (90)

Very disturbing and claustrophobic. Couldn't get past 40 mins. Full marks to the makers coz they probably intended the movie that way.
