  1. Fox's breakdown for The Heat is: FRI: $13.6 m SAT: $14.35 m (+6%)SUN EST: $12.05 m (-16%) We'll see. I tend to think they're over-estimating by about $1 m. That would still be a very nice SAT/SUN hold at this time of year given its likely demos.
  2. 1. The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug2. X-Men: Days of Future Past3. The Wolverine4. Kick-Ass 25. Machete Kills6. Only God Forgives7. The Wolf of Wall Street8. Gravity9. Elysium10. The Grandmaster
  3. There were some sharp daily% declines yesterday among the numbers in so far: Fast & Furious 6 (-11%), The Purge (-18%), The Bling Ring (-13%). So that MOS Thursday hold may be better than it looks, assuming WB's early estimate holds.
  4. In case it hasn't been posted anywhere yet, WB's THU estimate for Man of Steel is $3.91 m. Total now up to $227.835 m.
  5. No significant change on WB's revised estimate for Man of Steel this morning: $41.31 m / $210.10 m
  6. Weekend estimates coming in: http://www.boxoffice.com/statistics/bo_numbers/studio_estimate/2013-06-23
  7. For what it's worth, Bling Ring is prob. over-estimated by $100k - $200k. Friday was revised a bit upwards for it, at $715,000 now.
  8. Not sure if it's been posted elsewhere yet, but $855,000 for Star Trek Into Darkness.
  9. Not that anyone is waiting for these #s, but Universal's Friday estimates are in: Fast Six -- $1.45 m The Purge -- $1.17 m
