I've said over and over it added $100m domestic to the gross. Your argument is it added $328m, which is fucking ludicrous. Your arrogance and unwillingness to admit you were WRONG about that movie is precisely why I refuse to give you any credit for Avengers. Broken clock is right twice a day.
I'll give you your redemption when you stop claiming TDK would have made "more or less the SAME THING as Batman Begins if Ledger didn't die." Still remember you refusing to admit you were wrong 4 years ago, 3 years ago, and all the way up until present day.
:DI actually said $60m for day business was the target when the $20m number came out for midnight. Couldn't believe it when Nikki's sources were saying $65m including midnight. Just seemed like utter bullshit lowballing, and it was.
That is great, but it's a bit apples to oranges because Twitter has 5 times as many tweets in 2012 as it did in 2010. 65 million Tweets per day in June 2010 vs. 340 million Tweets per day in March 2012.
Hell, it wishes it was good enough to be shown in school. They showed us 12 Angry Men and classics like that in school. Crash will never be regarded in that league.
Yeah, definitely doing far better today than yesterday for matinees. Yesterday we didn't have any sellouts here until the night shows, but we've already had a few this afternoon.
You should see it. Pretty good flick. Takes things more seriously than Hulk in Avengers, so there isn't as much to laugh about in it. But it's still very good nonetheless.
Ruffalo was definitely better, and the Hulk scenes were a million times better. And I say that as a big fan of the '08 Hulk movie. Whedon and Ruffalo completely knocked it out of the park.
