    Baby Driver will make it well past 100m. Girls Trip is on the way to 100m as well. Hardly anyone was predicting that.

    I'd say yes as long as you talk with your children afterwards and have an intelligent discussion about it. There is as much if not more violence in superhero films. Except of course those films are fantasy and this movie is about real events with actual stakes.

    They kept the budget around 60m so i doubt it. It wont make a huge profit but they'll break even at the minimum.

    Yeah they're but they're barely making a profit on their film slate. I dont know how much longer they can go on. This isnt a Universal situation which also keeps budgets under control, can market their films well and are getting huge returns.

    anne hathaway is a good alternative, this will be a kid friendly affair.

    Apes has bad WOM and Dunkirk is taking away it's audience.

    It's not as good as dawn, so im not surprised. It's probably the worst film in the trilogy. (IMO)

    This looks like a decent thriller but studios have idiotically dated 5 other releases on this weekend. (Geostorm, Granite Mountain Hotshots, Madea Halloween 2, Same Kind of Different As Me, War With Grandpa) So they'll all cancel each other out except probably Madea which has a built in audience.

    This was my least favorite one of the trilogy. Marketing kind of misleading, reviewes overrated it. I also felt like Bad Ape shouldn't have been used so much.

    Girls Trip is actually getting good reviews. I'm surprised since critics are not usually here for black comedies. Hopefully that means bigger OW.

    Spider-Man probably has higher OW than WW but comparatively worse legs because July looks like a good quality month.?

    I don't understand how Ansel didn't get Han Solo gig. I guess Alden has better connections. But I think producers made a mistake.

    Baby Driver seems to be more accessible than The Nice Guys was, so maybe it will have better legs.

    Sony's year turning around a little bit. Baby Driver should have good legs enough to pass 100m. Spider-Man Homecoming is self explanatory. Emoji Movie is gonna do Angry Birds (90-100m) numbers if I had to guess because what else are families gonna watch in August. The Dark Tower is probably gonna underwhelm but the budget was small so they won't lose a lot of money.

    Murphy was really huge, at one point the biggest movie star in the world.

    It doesn't have the same feel as the original. Too comedic and probably not enough pathos.

    That 60m number probably raised a bit because of reshoots, but 70-80m is totally plausible for The Dark Tower. Inferno only cost 75m and this looks like a similar scale, it doesn't look like a big explosions/spectacle/sets movie. If Dark Tower can do atleast 200 WW, then it'll be in good shape.

    If Baby driver breaks out it can thank a lackluster June outside of Wonder Woman.

    The problem is that they're trying to make Dane Dehann Leo 2.0, but hes not as cute and not as talented. So it's not going to work.
