  1. Honestly, the reception isn't that bad? Like nothing great, but there's still some positive word here and there.
  2. I feel like we'll probably get a trailer sometime next week in front of Spider-Verse and Mortal Engines.

  5. I believe Kristopher Tapley has said that the HFPA has seen it, and I believe they liked it fine, but that's about it.
  6. I'm generally okay with this, but I'm not gonna be happy with the inevitable Hart-Rock bit that's probably going to last 10 minutes. There's probably gonna be a dumb Black Panther skit too.
  7. The Deadline article mentions that they plan to start filming next year. Guess that's going to be the October 2020 movie Disney has set.
  8. To be fair for Vice's sake, late-breaking releases have missed AFI in the past. The Revenant and Hidden Figures didn't make the list IIRC. Although the more I think about it, I feel like AFI's list seems about right for our BP line-up. Take out First Reformed and Quiet Place, add in Roma, that's our category.
  9. There ain't anything coming out this week, so let's just look at this stuff instead. Movie/Day Monday Mortal Engines 81 The Mule 7 Spider-Verse 722 Mary Poppins 913 Aquaman 1263 Bumblebee 420
  10. You say that, but Charlie's Angels could be a very serious contender next year.
  11. Never really got the hype over him. Of course I didn't really love either of the Netflix movies he's in. Also I'm not a 14-year old girl. That probably plays a part.
