  1. http://comicbook.com/2017/03/28/cinemacon-sony-pictures-presentation-recap/ Think I found a decent place to get regular updates. Also, Baby Driver footage is now being shown according to Twitter.
  2. It's supposed to be right now. The presentation is for exhibitors and journalists only, so there's no online stream. The best place to look for info seems to be Twitter. (Although I've heard the Wi-Fi's shit, so tweets will probably be slow.)
  3. 35 minutes until Sony's conference. Can't wait to hear about my boy Elba slaying as Roland.
  4. http://deadline.com/2017/03/paramount-sets-release-dates-for-suburbicon-action-point-a-quiet-place-cinemacon-1202053402/ November 3rd release date. @CJohn, could you move this to the main thread?
  5. http://deadline.com/2017/03/paramount-sets-release-dates-for-suburbicon-action-point-a-quiet-place-cinemacon-1202053402/ First release date announcements are in! Suburbicon Nov. 3 wide, Action Point March 23rd, and A Quiet Place April 13.
  6. I believe the Cinemacon screenings are given an embargo. At least I think so. I definitely remember Inside Out had an embargo, but I don't know about any other movies.
  7. Boss Baby is definitely doing somewhere in the 30s, with a shot in the 40s. Weirdly enough, the Dreamworks movies that look like a chore to watch have overperformed compared to expectations lately, but I don't see it being as huge as something like Home or Trolls, with the Beast still being a monster. Shell always felt like a mid-20s opener. Speaking as someone with no understanding of the original movie or the manga, I don't have a clue what the movie's about, why the setting's all weird and future-y, and why Scarlett Johannson has that weird bodysuit. Add on to anime being a pretty niche market to begin with, and it just feels like it won't do any good next weekend.
  8. http://deadline.com/2017/03/colin-farrell-in-negotiations-for-dumbo-disney-tim-burton-eva-green-danny-devito-1202051074/ Colin Farrell now in negotiations.
  9. Looks dumb and silly, which is what I expected from a CU movie. Probably will be a fun time at the theaters.
  10. Oh cool, autistic representation. Most big movies don't have that, so that's--
  11. A Legend of Zelda trilogy. The first movie focuses on Skyward Sword, while the second one focuses on Ocarina of Time. I don't have a good idea for the third movie though.
  12. http://deadline.com/2017/03/sam-elliott-a-star-is-born-bradley-cooper-lady-gaga-1202045790/ Sam Elliott now part of the cast.
  13. At this point, I don't think there's going to be any movie appearing there. It might've been Magic Camp, but I believe the former just wrapped filming (don't quote me on that though), so it would have to be really rushed to make that deadline and get a decent amount of marketing.
