I can see this working potentially. With Bumblebee renewing audience interest and goodwill in the brand, they may be able to make a sequel to this successful. I mean it would make more sense to just do a full reboot (as per BB credit scene) or forget about the main films altogether. But if they keep Bay away and get more talented writers and directors like bumblebee to give the main movies a fresh start.

I do like the delusions of some users on here who assume that because they love X franchise that must mean all filmmakers want to work for that franchise.
i think you misunderstood my snarky comment, I just saying that comparing a film thats a 22nd sequel in franchise is nothing like an original film that reaches #1.
and obviously ava2 is going $2B. i already said some time ago i'll delete my account if avatar 2 goes under 2 billies.
