I don't think it's going to hurt it bad. But I feel it would have done better if they switched it and Annabelle:Creation's release dates.

Poor Renner though. If RDJ didn't have Homecoming he might be stuck doing these low grossing R rated comedies in between Avengers films like Renner and ScarJo. At least he had Arrival.

Yeah I'm hoping Horror this year is able to do as well as last year. Very glad to see Annabelle Creation is more along the lines of The Conjuring films rather than the original and given how barren August is I'm really rooting for it. I still wish WB released IT during the summer (maybe switch it's release date with Creation) because as a fan of the book it'd make the perfect summer horror movie. Although it's going to do well no matter what.

I wouldn't call it an awful Summer. July's looking to be top notch quality wise. Was planning on seeing Baby Driver tonight but a family emergency changed plans. Hoping to catch it next week before Homecoming.

I remember watching The Lincoln Lawyer in Business Law class in High School and we didn't even sign permission slips. Most of the class were seniors (17-18) though.

So glad to see Baby Driver doing so well. Planning to check it out Friday. I remembered seeing Elgort for the first time in Carrie thinking he definitely had a career ahead of him.

While we're at it can Disney reboot Heavyweights and bring back Judd Apatow, Stiller and the original cast. If we're not getting a sequel this is the next best thing.

Disney really should do something with the franchise. Sure it was never a critical hit but I could at least see a direct to DVD sequel reboot or TV movie.

Better than AOE. I figured Bay would try and outdo himself which is why the 3 hour rumor was very believable.

Could you imagine if the rumor about The Last Knight being 3 hours turned out to be true. If it's one thing a Transformers movie doesn't need is more running time.
