Taylor did a ton of great work on TV, and I doubt either Marvel or Paramount gave him anywhere near enough freedom to do something interesting with his two movies. He should either go back to Game of Thrones and stuff or find a good script that he can film without studio interference.

Very engaging trailer. Really like what Boyle is doing with the visuals there, dialogue sounds like good old-fashioned Sorkin, the entire cast looks game, and it seems like the movie isn't any more fond of Jobs than The Social Network was of Zuckerberg. I'm on board.

I think the critics groups will still be all over Mad Max by the time awards season rolls around (and I wouldn't be surprised if some of them awarded Miller for Best Director), so at the very least it'll be in the conversation. Inside Out is much more Academy-friendly though.
