  1. To be fair, although we didn't see it at the time, Beast was much more of a family movie OW.
  2. Normally since I live close Brown Deer, I tend to go to North Shore Cinema for most movies. AMC Mayfair, Menominee, or Bayshore are solid second choices.
  3. Still at least you didn't put in $160M for a certain film that audiences didn't like.
  4. So... Zac Efron = box office poison
  5. Not to mention a decent amount of adaptations like Loud House, Uglydolls, Playmobil, and Scooby.
  6. North Shore Cinema's Ultrascreen (PLF) has an auditorium size of 301 seats, all of which recliners.
  7. Thinking there's a realistic chance Boss Baby 2 does $200M+ domestic.
  8. Home has a mediocre TV show. I know thanks to hours of babysitting.
  9. https://mobile.twitter.com/ERCboxoffice/status/867858504542846976 Sequel coming 3/26/2021
  10. DreamWorks Animation just can't stop feeding on the sequel teat--THE BOSS BABY 2 drops March 26, 2021. Via Exhibitors Relations. https://mobile.twitter.com/ERCboxoffice/status/867858504542846976
  11. Summer Watch List: Guardians 2 (Check) King Arthur (lol Check) Alien (Check) Captain Underpants Wonder Woman The Mummy Spider-Man: Homecoming Apes Dunkirk Valerian (maybe Cars 3 if reviews are good.)
  12. Remember the good looking ones got shitty marketing or had a too soon TV series which may've caused diminished grosses. However considering how Universal (like Disney and WB) are excellent/non stop marketers, I wouldn't be surprised if they started to have $200M+ domestic grossers again.
  13. Not to mention DWA is playing smart moves by outsourcing some of their films like Underpants so they can have $60M-$80M budgets.
  14. Prepare for Illumination film sized numbers once Universal takes control.
  15. Baywatch might do under $35M for the five day after all. North Shore Cinema (Mequon, WI) 28 minutes before showtime for Baywatch 42/301 for the 7:00 in ULSCRN - 13.9%
  16. I would make a Valerian flop joke but question whether people come after LeGOD NinjaGOD or not.
  17. Also saw two ads for it while watching Family Guy on Fox Sunday.
  18. http://variety.com/2017/digital/news/captain-underpants-the-first-epic-movie-tops-studios-tv-ad-spending-1202440162/ Yep. Non existent marketing.
