Really great numbers for JJK. Another anime film that's a solid performer for theaters in recent years.

This was a damn good attempt by Reeves and Co., with just a few things holding it back for me. I really love what the movie does thematically with Batman, and him essentially inspiring the Riddler and his followers was an interesting take. It felt like they pulled their punches a bit here. I personally wouldn't have minded Thomas Wayne being much more involved with Falcone. And a fake crime bust/a charity foundation actually being a slush fund for the rich and powerful would be perhaps the least surprising thing ever.

Perhaps not that much has changed since the 20th century.

Dang, potentially some crazy good numbers for Halloween. I'm guessing there is some pent-up demand for a proper horror experience in October. Definitely expecting it to play better with an audience.

I think an ending like that would be for a film with a slightly different tone, haha.
