It's like a cute little mini Titanic (which was also a story of a poor boy falling in love with a pretty and rich girl) Predicted to 100% bomb from the very beginning, everyone had their knives out, it would flop but good WOM and legs save the day Interesting how I've read some people here complaining about movies nowadays being a lot more frontloaded and wish to see more leggy films cause it's "more exciting" and then comes this film that nobody expected to fulfill that wish

Glad it's not as dark, dull or weird as I thought it was gonna be I got a little bit of Disneyfied LOTR vibes as well which is cool However, the basic plot is still vague as hell If they're trying to Endgame the marketing, well.... everyone in this planet already knew what the basic plot and premise of that movie was Like what causes Elsa to go to the trolls again at least? Never mind how they solve it, what is the actual conflict?

I admit I was one of the people who proudly called this movie "unnecessary" and that "the franchise should've ended with 3" But as we've seen with Avengers greatly exceeding expectations for OW then going against expectations for legs, Aladdin breaking out, Pikachu doing so-so, Godzilla bombing, etc. we don't really know anything in the grand scheme of things, we are still just spectators The clips for this have been amazing and the animation jaw-dropping and you can tell it's gonna be emotional I wish nothing but success for this movie

Minions was cute, saw it with my ex-gf back then Rewatched it recently, I'm surprised how it sorta aged well They were clever in focusing the story on the 3 stooges with clearly defined personalities None of the animals in Flop Life of Pets (FLOP) are as memorable or likable, the first one was definitely sold by the novelty

Re: Aladdin sequel Actually the Disney animated version only covered half of the original fairytale There's a fuller story that can still be tackled and even involves a "Genie of the magic ring" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aladdin#Plot_summary This way they can make something original but still true to the fairytale Who would want to see a live action version of a panned direct-to-DVD sequel anyway...
