Old age Armie is fucking terrifying.I wish a better director had made this, Clint always succeeds in making his films dull as dishwater, though I think he accidentally made a few compelling scenes involving some of the FBI investigations, that and Leo's good performance don't save what is ultimately a snorefest though.

Solidly entertaining way to spent 80 minutes with plenty laughs in there, most of them come from Christoph Waltz, whose performance is a work of genius. Foster and Winslet are too OTT, it's like they watched the play and decided to totally copy what thr actresses there were doing, not knowing that there's a big difference between stage and screen acting. And John C. Reily, well, as much as I like him he just seems desperate to catch up with everyone else here.
A Separation FTW! I'm pretty sure it's won every foreign award so far. Though knowing the Academy's history they'll go for the blandest, safest option.
Rio only had a better story than Rango for anyone under the age of 8. Rio was so annoying and childish, it had almost no originality, I'd be horrified if that won.
I always thought the best definition came from Google - A person who believes that their tastes in a particular area are superior to those of other people. That's not really what you're discribing, you can be a snob and love Twilight.
I hope the Andy Serkis campaign doesn't get much else beyond this, but a bunch of other groups will probably try to be "cool" like what DC are doing and give him more nominations.
Very nice showing for Drive, though it was always going to do well with critics. Does the Andy Serkis nod mean anything serious towards his Oscar campaign? Probably not.
Hugo, Ides of March TTSS, Tintin, Drive, Contagion, Hanna, Super 8 are some of the best IMO.Of course, I'm only counting movies I've seen, War Horse is good as well, won't put it in mY favourites until I see it though.
What? I don't remember people saying that! Maybe becuase she should've won for Frozen River or whatever. AMY ADAMS was more deserving of the Oscar last year than LEO.
