So is it going to be Plummer vs. Brooks for supporting actor throughout the whole season? Dull. And if that's the case I can't see Brooks winning the Oscar over Plummer.
From what I've seen it should be the frontrunner for adapted screenplay and supporting actor. And should def be nominated for the other stuff you mentioned.
It's a Kenny Lonnergan film starring Anna Paquin, Matt Damon and Mark Ruffalo. was shot in 2005 but only found it's way to release this year, and even then it was only in about 2 theaters.
I think Best Picture wise we could confidently throw out J. Edgar and Bridesmaids. And probably Dragon Tattoo, tree of life and maybe Midnight in Paris
