Cinetel often get more information after they publish their number in morning. They keep the numbers same on website, just increase the cume next day. Now the additional info could be for days before previous day but to keep things simple, just consider the extra money was for previous day. In this case consider Monday 959,774.

Nope. 2nd weekend will be worse hit in Western markets than America. 24th and 25th are basically dead in most market. Edit: Just realised you probably meant WW. Yeah that will also be tough but can be close. -
good was yday. if it can drop less in next two days, then we would have first days it should have had.
-
I am thinking 23% drop for now.
-
10M seems good. Hoping for 11M now.

New weekend record in CIS minus Belarus. "In just 153 cinemas in the CIS countries, excluding Russia and Belarus, James Cameron's film earned 164.57 million rubles, 535,567 people visited the screenings in the first four days. These data are not yet final and will increase slightly. The previous best result of the comic book movie Spider-Man: No Way Home (140.92 million rubles) was surpassed by 17%. Again, a record 118.45 million rubles was provided by Kazakhstan. A blockbuster based on comics a year ago credited 99.8 million rubles there."

375K, 3.95M EUR $4.2M. Weekend increased by $700K. $21.7M. 10.95 ATP. -
XMAS Tentpoles MON drop -33.8% (21st DEC) - SW: TFA -42.2% (20th) - SM: NWH (Quebec closed, actual drop 41.7%) -53.3% (19th) - Rogue One -54.8% (19th) - Avatar 2 -58% (18th) - SW: TLJ Closer to XMAS hold are stronger, the first two also had big spillover demand. TLJ pretty bad drop considering it would have a lot of spillover like the first two, though it was farthest from XMAS among listed films. Avatar 2 should have stayed on other side of 50, given it is skewing in PLF which hold better on weekdays and it is overindexing in Canada which has better weekdays hold than US. e.g. NWH US drop was 42.2%, Canada drop was -35%.

The Top Foreign Film List is Go...
charlie Jatinder replied to chasmmi's topic in List and Countdowns
LOL. How did this miss the list. I gotta lobby for this more next year. -
not trashing A2, which tbh I would do just not in a mood. I was countering the usual statement made that EG was able to do what it did because it took them 23 movies. when in reality its a huge feat to deliver those 23 individual movies, A) keeping their own quality up B.) maintaining the big picture universe quality and storyline. I think story wise A2 is pathetic, doesn't do enough to build universe, most of the time is just a rehash of first one with update visuals.
