  1. Correct. To think that the Infinity Saga only had one B range CS, meanwhile this saga already has four. 😣
  2. Dune 2 could still move up to its old October 20 date. I don't think that would be too much of an issue, unless it really can't be ready two weeks earlier. Come to think of it, Trolls 3 would benefit from moving up to Nov 3. First Trolls opened the first weekend of November against a Marvel movie in 2016 and did pretty well. Would benefit it to get some room ahead of Wish.
  3. On sheer inflation to 2023 dollars, it would be about $90.3m. There's probably more math that should go into it to get a more precise estimation, but it's Friday, so I'm lazy.
  4. This is actually just some weird re-titling and configuring going on over at The-Numbers, they still have this Exorcist movie on their calendar.
  5. @Magic Eric Creed 3 general tix should be on sale this coming Friday, the 17th. Apologies for the mishap, seems there was a last-minute change to only do EA sales on the 10th and begin general sales later.
  6. Last time would be Smile week 2 followed by Halloween Ends opening back in October, last with consecutive R-rated openings would be Don't Worry Darling opening followed by Smile opening in September.
  7. Annoyingly, it looks like they only put the Early Access shows on sale. I’ll try to figure out what’s going on.
  8. An additional clarification: these go on sale at around 11:30a est that day, rather than the usual 8/9a.
  9. Some movies don’t seem to be included on The-Numbers and such yet. Nothing for Women Talking, Fear, Amazing Maurice, Wandering Earth 2, etc.
  10. Demon Slayer: To the Swordsmith Village tix on sale Feb 10. Once again, hope everyone has a terrific weekend.
  11. For those who haven't been in the Scream VI thread, the movie is now releasing in 3D, with a special 3D fan event on Mar 9.
  12. Can confirm this is releasing in 3D. There's even a fan event listed for Mar 9.
  13. I will say this: the initial source I got said these releases were "scaled-down", meaning larger theatrical releases were likely planned for both at one point.
  14. Mummies also appeared to be planned for a wide release by WB at one point, it now seems to be going quite limited (seemingly even less theaters than House Party and MM3). Evil Dead Rise will likely be a similar HP/MM3 situation, but I expect Shazam 2 to still have a full, very-wide release.
  15. Even lower than my source initially estimated. Should maybe lower theater count/box office expectations for Evil Dead Rise as well.
  16. Creed 3 on sale next Fri, 2/10. There will be early access shows on March 1.
  17. It should be considered opening day, but as far as I can tell, these are all going to be rolled into the Wed box office for the movie. 🥴
  18. Marlowe’s preview shows start as early as 10am on the day before the official release date. Think that sets a new preview start time record by multiple hours. It’s a true full day of previews now. @Porthos Just checking in on how you’re feeling for no reason at all.
  19. Based on its RT verified audience score, I'd say Fear would be the horror movie closer to an F CinemaScore this weekend, if it were to be polled. It's at 26% at the time of this posting, which is... pretty bad!
  20. This is now titled, get ready: "Big George Foreman: The Miraculous Story of the Once and Future Heavyweight Champion of the World" I guess Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn was taken? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  21. Can confirm Fast X tickets on sale Feb 9 at 8am EST. @Eric Slay I apologize in advance. Marlowe goes on sale next Wed, Feb 1.
  22. Typically, based on what they've done previously, if Disney were to date a 20th Century or Searchlight title, they would label it as "Untitled 20th Century" or "Untitled Searchlight" instead of "Untitled Disney", so I don't believe those titles will be something from one of those studios. That being said, Walt Disney Pictures doesn't have much of anything in production right now that A.) Doesn't have a date already and B.) Could make the dates listed. That is, unless they have some secret unannounced stuff in production? I have a theory that following the move of The Boogeyman from Hulu to theaters, and Iger giving creatives more control again over how their films are released, that perhaps some Disney+ movies that are/will be ready-to-go might be making a similar switch to theatrical releases. I don't want to get anyone's hopes up, though.
