    The inflation talk is quite moot when you realise that EG is making 30% more than next highest-grossing film of decade (TFA) and 61% more than fourth highest grossing film of decade (JW). And probably twice the next h-grossing film of the year

    I feel like Disney wrote every movie in 2018 and 2019 (except MCU, Incr2, Frozen 2) off as an investment into Disney+. Every dollar earned is just bonus

    I wouldn't be so sure about that. Yesterday was special due to Canada holiday. Last week wed and thu estimates by Charlie were pretty much spot on

    eh, I don't like relative things. I'm closer to the top5 rolling average from last 5 years. If it fits, it's blockbuster, otherwise it is not

    Disney gets 45-55% of Endgame earnings, but only probably 25% of Avatar/Avatar2 earnings, because they don't own lightstorm. You do the math 😉
