    The jungle book wasn’t good. It was awful to me. Maleficent and the first Alice in Wonderland were good because they weren’t straight remakes.

    Is there a reason why Aladdin is bombing this hard? I thought the story took place in China and Chinese people would be familiar with this and would be want to see it?

    Judging by reactions on Twitter, the GA doesn’t like it. (The trailers, song previews all got horrible responses) But of course we’ll see if the cheque is cleared for critics.

    I really hope Mario stays away from the type of humor illumination usually does. I don’t find that kind of humor humorous. More heartfelt and charm like Pikachu please.. less cheap and slapstick.

    I remember BATB were in the 90s or high 80s during opening weekend. Critics were raving about it. Then the scores took a tumble as more and more people got to see it. Esp late reviewers giving it a rotten score (which it deserves).

    Pikachu literally has zero competition until Pets 2. 👀 John Wick didn’t do a dent to Pikachu’s screens (at least WW) Aladdin is also kinda bombing WW.

    Pay day makes sense since it’s M rated. Kids play Fornite. Either way, props to the marketing team.

    How did John Wick (an R-Rated series) get skins on fortnite like what LOL... The promo is very clever and is one of the first movie tie in fortnite skins (before Marvel). That definitely helped raise awareness of the series.

    IMAX advantage. Pikachu will be snatching back those IMAX screens this week in japan.
