Paranormal Marked Ones

Edge of Tomorrow
Dawn of Apes (I thought would do better)
Interstellar
Penguins of Madagascar
Jupiter Ascending
Unfriended
Pixels
Peanuts movie
Good Dinsaur
Ninja Turtles 2
ID2
Legend of Tarzan
Ice Age 5
Great Wall
Life
Pirates 5
Transformers 5
Blade Runner

Justice League
Hurricane Heist
Christopher Robin
First Man
We are right now in a nostalgic period of glorifying the past, which is why audiences are not receptive to sci fi movies lately, I have noticed this since 2016. Space in particular is “different”, not something you can look back toward.
I wish they had reimagined the stork scene where he delivers babies to the animal parents. That was one of my favorite scenes. I don’t even need the stork to talk. I feel that going in a too realistic direction about a flying elephant isn’t the best road to take.
How did Nightmare on Elm Street fans react to the ending, so you remember @baumer ? I’m sure Friday fans had a blast. Hopefully no ones feelings were hurt.
My only complaint so far is that I am not sensing the “feeling” of the orignals weirdness. And I should be, since Tim Burton is directing. I wish Disney was not taking this into a much more realistic movie, just like they did with Jungle Book.
