November is just as good, it's fine.
HP, TWILIGHT, a good number of Bond movies
all franchise fan-based movies that open huge
in November and earn $300M or thereabout.
Originality. The plot is rather predictable. Direction of actors is so-so.
The director is obviously talented. I am interested in what he will be doing next
A little too similar to THE HOST
And that one didn't do too well...
Advertising makes the movie look
like HUNGER GAMES-lite/clone
Not a very good move....
I feel kinda sad for these 80s icons. H'wood has never been kind to has-beens.
But these guys actually keep getting roles, albeit in B-list productions.
Arnie's best are T1/T2 & PREDATOR. And COMMANDO is a great
B-movie with cheesy credit sequence, silly but fun action and a great sense of humor.
I would watch it anytime it is on cable...
I didn't catch WOLVERINE in theaters.
How did it compare to WOLVERINE ORIGIN or
FIRST CLASS? FIRST CLASS has some great
moments in it but overall the movie has a nice
retro styling, and I like it a lot.
