  1. Having reviewed it, it's worth it. The set comes in 3 thick Blu-ray cases so none of that cheap cardboard crap MGM did with the DVD complete series...
  2. Best Buy, but the sale is over. It's back up to full price ($69.99). Not sure if it was a price mistake or what but this was nationwide so I'm wondering if they were trying to unload inventory...Just picked up Citizen Kane: 70th Anniversary Digibook (BB Exclusive) for $5.99 ($10.99 - $5 Reward Zone coupon).
  3. Got Ben-Hur Ultimate Collector's Edition (w/ soldier figurine) for $10.99.
  4. Well, if I allow Groundhog Day, technically time travel movies should count. I think I'll start a separate section for those...BTW, what about Back to the Future 1 and 2? I know Part 3 was a few days but can't recall if the first two were within a day.
  5. For me, Masters of the Universe back in 1987.
  6. Yeah, I think with the Saw movies, they jump back and forth in time and so don't really count (think of it this way, the films could be reassembled and put in order).
  7. Yeah, it wasn't bad and I kind of hope Warner gives another shot with a better set of writers and a new director.
  8. I actually didn't think it was that bad... I don't think JT is some leading man or anything but he and Mila Kunis had good chemistry and the story was at least half decent. I will say the supporting characters – played by Patricia Clarkson and Richard Jenkins – were very cliched even by rom-com standards but I could overlook it.3.5/5, (B, 2.75/4, 7.0/10)
  9. Right you are. I'm going to add these to the original post for a master list.Another one I though of: Unstoppable and I believe Taking of Pelham One Two Three (remake)Edit, more:Before SunsetDie Hard (all four?)Ferry Bueller's Day Off

  12. Why is it we get extended cuts of the first two films but not for this one? I agree, that scene would be great re-inserted.
  13. FYI, I think you accidentally selected the multiple option poll.
  14. Nope.Hint 2: It has a pretty good ensemble cast. One is Robert De Niro (though he's not the star of the movie).
  15. I'm not much of a fan of sci-fi or of the mythology of Star Wars in general, but I enjoyed this one. Great action, fun chemistry between the cast and a good story. A-
