    As much as I'm rooting for Angourie Rice, the trailer doesn't appear to have any of the appeal of the original. I think I'll pass.

    I just don't understand. We keep hearing Marvel has been working on quality control but things seem to just keep getting worse.

    Why can't they just get new people? No one knew who Tom Holland was before he was cast as Spider-Man. Not sure why they've become so obsessed with big names. That was never what made the MCU great.

    5 months? I wish they had that much restraint with MCU movies.

    Thing is, no matter what they did, it would've likely been a weak and highly criticized transition. I can see why they wanted to at least try to continue on with the character even if it was half assed in this scenario.

    It's no worse than DC fans complaining that Grant Gustin wasn't cast as the Flash in the movies. There's no pleasing people.

    I actually loved Rise but I fell asleep during Dawn and I still haven't seen War.

    This isn't on James Gunn. The CW is under new ownership and they basically want to lean more into cheaply made content and S&L is more on the expensive side.

    I'm actually kinda looking forward to this. Hopefully they're not dumb enough to botch it again.
