Expect some hefty increases for everything today. Life of Pi just sold out biggest screen. The Hobbit and The Impossible also selling out. And ofcourse, Les Mis barely has any tickets left for the entire night.

Daytime business is looking very strong today. More than yesterday. I'm expecting it to get near £3m for the day.

Great start for Les Mis. Should be heading for around £8m.Ouch for The Hobbit. A big fall was totally expected though but it will recover on Saturday and Sunday.Nice for Pi and The Impossible.

Gangster Squad is doing quite well tonight it seems. Probably over £2m opening for that.

Vue Westfield is sold out until 11pm tonight!

There's also The Croods...not too sure how well that'll do though. It has the easter holidays so I imagine quite well.

Ah yes. Tangled stayed relatively flat in its second weekend, so Ralph could have a very solid run here.

Tangled opened to £5.1m so yeah...it has the potential for £6m as it opens on top of half term too I think.

I don't think so. Oz is a potential if it goes down a similar route to Alice, but that remains to be seen. Die Hard maybe... Die Hard 4 opened to £5m.Nothing else really. WIR will do well in half term but that's more about the legs.

This is definitely the biggest January opening ever. In fact...I can't think of a film that'll open higher until Iron Man 3.

I'm not sure it has enough shows. Film like Skyfall, Twilight and The Hobbit all had probably double the amount of shows this has....but because of this it's selling out everywhere. So maybe. I don't expect under £8m either way.

Yeah. I haven't seen pre-sales this strong since Skyfall.I can't believe Leicester Square. I hope RTH provides with some figures for that because it's DEFINITELY going to be the leading cinema this weekend.

I hope this comes close to £10m.Should be seeing it tomorrow night if I get round to pre-booking those tickets.

The Hobbit is probably going to fall quite hard this weekend. It's lost quite a lot of screens and IMAX is gone too.

Les Mis is going to sell out all shows tonight. Every show from 6ish to 9 around my area are already all full up.Glasgow cineworld has sold out until half 10 tonight!

Wow, I haven't seen Beasts of the Southern Wild, and I've never heard of Quvenzhane Wallis, but damn, I'm so happy for her.

I don't think so. Saturday pre-sales are also looking very strong. 15:45 showing at Leicester Square is almost gone, and daytime shows have higher pre-sales than comparable Friday daytime right now. Obviously walk ups will be big too.

Leicester Square 19:45 showing tomorrow for Les Mis sold out completely. 0 seats left. That's crazy!I think this could do £2.5m+ OD for sure.

Pre-sales for Friday night for Les Mis are looking C-R-A-Z-Y. It's going to have a massive OD, and probably a bigger Saturday.
