But no release date in US announced yet Yeah, we need an HD version trailer, and I want to see more of Song Kang Ho and Go Ah Sung too. Director Bong is well-known and acclaimed while Song Kang Ho is a famous actor in SK, so I hope it will do well over there. Breaking records in SK is possible

Tomorrow as in Thursday in SK, right Olive? So 4-day OW? What's your prediction for OW?About 1/4.5 of IM3 in presales. Pretty good I think since IM3 is not a fair comparison for it anyway. It will get hurt by Secretly Greatly if that movie is a weekend player as I suggested though. Hopefully it will do well.

Great choice, save money as well. I generally just can't stand 3D cause I usually got headaches from it. If the 3D is not amazing, or one of the major selling points of the movie like in Avatar or Life of Pi, then it's not worth it for me.

Nice drops, or gain all around. Summer weekdays officially started I guess. I think only AE and THO3 has around 40% drop from last Monday, not a surprise at all though -

This movie is a B+ for me. All the actors that I went to see the movie for delivered, so that's definitely a big plus. Ending irked me a bit, but the movie overall is really enjoyable and fun, exactly like what I hoped for before going in. It's a movie that IMO fits for the summer season.

Thanks Bluebomb. I see, it's interesting that studios can influence ticket prices in HK, thank God they're not allowed to do that here. High ticket prices could turn me away from watching a movie, I'm a student so gotta save that money When do you plan on seeing MOS?

That looks good. It's picking up pace. How does that compare to other superhero movies at the same time? Though I think it's not a big indication cause I remember TA having an underwhelming OW, so the pre-sales probably wasn't all that hot either. But it has good WOM, and 2nd weekend actually increased from OW.

Looks like Schumacher FTW will be the only one getting points for IM3 total WW. Though he could also miss it if IM3 can go past 1.215B, which it has a very good chance to do. I think I nailed FF6 WW, hopefully But I'm screwed on THO3, AE and STiD

Great write-up preview for MOS, Bluebomb I know that competitions are tough and it will be hard, but I hope that it will exceed your forecast and cross $10M But if it comes in around your estimates, that would already mark a great year for superhero movies in HK. Hopefully, Thor: TDW will do well also. One interesting point about ticket prices from your preview. MOS ticket is priced $5 higher than IM3 and TA So who decide the price of a movie's ticket? I guess the studio? I never knew the ticket prices could vary that much between movies in HK. Good for MOS though, with the competitions it'll face, the higher ticket price will come in handy But could the high prices also lead to less admissions? Or it's not a problem for the HK-ers cause you're all rich and can afford to pay more to watch movies anyway
