Nah I think each director should helm their own individual franchise character, by having one director doing 2 different characters you're saying that only her and her alone is capable of doing the character justice. I think there are alot of passionate directors out there that can be put to work on a Superman sequel and do the character justice.

The question remains which came first? Universal's Dark Universe or WB's Dark Universe / JL Dark?

Seriously though I think they are making a mountain out of a mole hill with this issue. It isn't across the nation they are doing this women's only screening, its like a private screening perse, I agree though the less gender segregation happening in the world the better given all the "gender equality" banter but I'm sure women wouldn't be as vocal for a Men's only screening of say 300. Let each gender have their own space, maybe Alamo should have done this differently though and announce this thing in private or have a more widely accepted moniker such as "ladies night" which is very prominent in alot of clubs rather than "women's only screening".

Or you can just rewatch Prometheus and you've pretty much seen 90% of this movie.

Hopefully if this turns out to be hugely successful they can probably give the rights to Spider-Man (Except of course Venom) back to Marvel.

Seen this today and I've got to admit they really need to consider not making these movies anymore they are pretty much carbon copies of the previous one with a different set of cast members and same story beats. I was there sitting down watching this and saying to myself I've seen this before with Prometheus why am I watching this again? You can almost at this point predict what will happen next and to which characters.

Crudup probably signed a multi-pic contract as well so him dropping out further makes little sense.
