Jake Gittes
The closest I've come to this was probably with Irreversible, but even in that case, three years after my first viewing I'm starting to feel like watching it again. Nearly all of my other favorite films I wanted to see again immediately after the first viewing.

luna
This thread makes no sense. really? any horror movie with excellent characters, themes etc. but is also terrifying and disgusting i wouldn't be clamouring to see again. the fly for instance - loved it but i don't endure close-up gore very well. I'm sorry, not ever wanting to see a movie again that you loved is baffling to me.

PK Tech Girl
Hmm. There are movies that I admired greatly that I don't particularly want to experience again, like "Se7en," "The Talented Mr. Ripley," and "Saving Private Ryan," but I wouldn't call them favorites.
