kitik
I approve of some of that list (like say #49 and #53), but when you get down to Airplane, Breakfast Club, and Rocky at 368, 369, and 370, you know the list needs some help. And speaking of Breakfast Club being ranked way too low, where the hell is Mean Girls? For all the popular recent films that made the list, that should be one of them!
Olive
No Avengers?
rukaio101
No Avengers? From the look of things, it only lists films released before 2009, so Avengers isn't on there.
baumer
Disagreeing with the list is fine but this list isn't "Members of the boxofficeforums.com list. This is a list voted on by 10,000 different people. So hate it all you want or disagree with it vehemently, at least it's a list done by an eclectic group and a large one as well. Of course you aren't going to agree with all 500 films, but it's a hell of a lot better than some of the other lists like what AFI puts out.

Lordmandeep
Lol TF1, Being there but I think many forget that it was the film of the year (2007) to audiences... I still like Tf1, I have seen it like 10X times on TV now.
luna
this is horrible, and yes, AFI is pretty bad as well.
mahnamahna
I've seen 193 out of 500... not bad, but certainly not good
luna
i've seen 115. but it's not a very good list. i'm currently going down the TSPDT top 250 directors and seeing at least one film from each.
baumer
I've seen 307 of these films.
baumer
I think it's a great list. Because it's done by real people, not a panel of sanctimonious film historians.

Phil in the Blank
I think it's a great list. Because it's done by real people, not a panel of sanctimonious film historians. So sanctimonious film historians aren't real people either? What are they then? Aliens?
