So, finishing at 3.30, because we needed someone to do stocktake.The midnight session did pretty well - just under half of New Moons business, but still pretty decent for my work.

Our midnight did BD1 numbers, about 1/3-1/4 of DH2 numbers. Fantastic ending!

This isn't touching dh2 OD. dh2 had the benefit of the widest ever release by a country mile and played for 24 hrs in many places. I think 5m at best and even 4 is still great. Any lower and...... Hmmmm. I also think dh2 will hold onto the ow record. At least until one of the hobbits pass it

Just checked Hoyts Broadway - they are basically full for the entire evening !Big opening day coming - even bigger Saturday (I can feel it!)

Saturday will definitely be bigger then OD. I'm thinking $4.5-$5 for opening day (day sessions haven't been strong). Weekend of $15ish?
