Well, it'll have to deal with WWZ, DM2, MU 2nd weekend, as well as Epic, which will be released on Monday next week. Then in its 2nd weekend, MOS will face TLR. It looks kinda tough to me, but I'm not sure, we have 3 animations, which will compete with each other. MOS direct competitions look to be WWZ and TLR, both of those are wildcards I think.

 

Waiting for our BO god to weigh in, as well as our dear Aussie members here. Still, for MOS, I think 20M is a good target and it'll do that and more IMO.

A major football game is on that night. Should get close to 2.5m viewers, most of which will be the target audience for MoS.

More like around 4 million in the ratings plus the pubs and clubs will be packed so around a quarter of the population will be watching.

Really? The article I read said 2.3m for Game 1 (and doesn't that figure already allow for more than 1 person per tv/location?)

Metro plus regional is around 4 million.  Ratings also don't count out of home viewing in pubs, clubs etc

I don't want to get too excited, but sales for DM2 are looking big, especially considering its a Thursday school week.

WWZ is definitely #1 here. MU is not too far behind though, with DM2 just behind that! That was at 6pm though... No idea how the night sessions did!

My 9.30pm 3D session of DM2 had about 40 people in (which is heaps busy for this site on a Thursday) and the crowd LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! I have never enjoyed a movie so much, and I was in hysterics the entire time!Funnily enough, every person in that theatre was around my age and were enjoying it just as much as I was, if not more.Bring on the big $$$!!
