I believe most of Titanic's sales were VHS tapes during 1998, so it probably wouldn't have sold many Blu Rays due to pretty much everyone has a copy.

They included a note explaining TDK

 

Sales estimates are for sales since July 21, 2009, when our Blu-ray sales tracking started. Sales for The Dark Knight are therefore incomplete. All other titles have complete data. The release date is the date of the original release of the title on video.

 

So TDK's Blu ray sales stats are incomplete.  Tracking began around 7-8 months after they started selling, so the vast majority of TDK's blu ray's weren't tracked.

It was highly pirated, so i bet sales are pretty big too, everyone was waiting blu-ray version for so long, besides, both versions(2D 2.35:1 and 3D 1.78:1(open matte)) are on 2 blu-rays, so quality is overwelming(google - http://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=9541), it's a must buy, like BttF, SW or LotR.

 

It's a pity there is no way to track sales at least like videogames(vgchartz), even thought digital probably takes the majority.
