Scooby-Doo: Apocalypse

Welp, like Bambi, this ain’t your childhood Scooby-Doo. Apart from the cliffhanger  ending and some wonky logic (like Fred was a zombie the whole time or Velma not realizing what she’s done), this is probably the best theatrical Scooby-Doo movie and is up there with a select few. It provides some decent scares and is a whole barrel full of fun, all of the main characters have excellent chemistry (was surprised at the Daphne x Shaggy ship), with particularly Daphne and Shaggy being the stand outs. The villains didn’t really impress though and I could’ve used more glorious Goldblum Scooby. But I know the audiences will love it.

Broadway Selects: Hello Dolly: C+

Personally not my cup of tea as well as a lack of solid development imho. Theaters fans will be more than satisfied with this.

 

 

Next Vegas: C-

It’s pretty basic but whatcha gonna do.

 

Perfect Match: B+

 

A very well done romantic sci-fi thriller with excellent leads despite some convoluted bits mixed in the story.

The ending ruined it for me, also it ‘twas kind of boring.

An interesting antihero origin story inspired by the dark web, provided a captivating journey and world, despite the fact that the main characters aren’t too interesting to me.

The Epsilon Syndicate: Union Of Thieves

This is truly the CAYOM equalivalent of Kingsman and it’s far better to be honest. The characters are captivating with standouts being the quad of Nadine, Madime Y, Antigone and Donatello (like @Reddroast and @Rorschach I want my spin-off now with the latter two) and Blue Eyes was a basic but well acted villain, the story was very great and I was surprised at one of the twists, and the action is bloody sweet (no pun intended). The only weakest link is Meredith as she seemed way too dumb. I think this can really breakout

This movie is the purest thing ever in CAYOM. Everything is perfect, the music, the story, the characters, the animation, etc. Zendaya and Taika Waititi will melt your heart as Olive and Martini. As for the dong?

Not sure why Squirrel Girl is screwed. Regardless of how good Olive is being a Christmas movie it won't have a shelf life past that weekend.
