Heretic
$7.9m opening for Oblivion, that'd be around £5.2m. Very good opening.

Heretic
Croods at #2 with $3.1M or £2M weekend for $34.4M or £22.4M total. Another incredible hold. End of the holidays now, but it should manage at least £25m.
The Dark Alfred
Pines had a very strong opening in limited engagement. The best two films of 2013 came out the same week.

Heretic
Small drop was Easter now it's over will start dropping harder! True...but it needs another £2.6m for £25m. That'll happen for sure after after it just registered a £2.1m 4th weekend.
SchumacherFTW
What SHOULD it do this weekend? £1.3m as holidays are over?
Heretic
What SHOULD it do this weekend? £1.3m as holidays are over? Probably something like that. It has another £3-4m in it definitely.

Heretic
Easily. IM2 opened to £7.7m...IM3 could potentially hit £10m with 3D, and goodwill from The Avengers, which was huge here.

JCS
Ah, Oblivion just missed out on £5M OW with actuals, oh well. Still good. Very surprised Scary Movie 5 OW was above £1M after bombing in the USA. Oz and GI Joe 2 have posted relatively disappointing numbers.
Jonwo
Scary Movie didn't do great considering how heavily advertised it was, it'll drop hard.
Heretic
Star Trek has HUGE potential here. Cumberbatch I think will prove to be a big draw, Sherlock was extremely popular. Also, the Star Trek brand is already very well known in the UK, and apart from the US, this was one of the only countries where the first movie succeeded I've seen advertising already on tv, and all over buses and billboards in London, where the film is also partly set, it seems. So, there are a lot of good things going for it. Will be interesting to see what happens.

'Oblivion' took about £1.6m in previews, so imagine final gross in the region of £14m.
