Considering a large proportion of the most vocal haters for this movie are the self-proclaimed incels, regardless of the reaction it feels like the female lead would receive pretty nasty shit. Not that it's ever excusable, but Lady Gaga is a near-billionaire who left routine social media interaction a decade ago and so is better insulated than most from this sort of stupidity.

Ironically, after seeing the movie earlier, she's also one of the very few things that works about J:FAD.
