I support this headcanon!

 

I also will never forgive DC and Marvel for their 1990s Amalgam series where they decided that's doing a cheap play on Bullets and Braces with Diana and Frank Caste was a better idea than just having Steve ROGERS crash on Themyscira, and then he and Diana go back and fight Nazis.  I will carry that resentment with me to my grave.
