I bet on 27m owWith free falling rouble it is very hard to predict anything. I don't think it will beat PoTC. In USD it is probably already out of question but in roubles it will be very tough too. That will bring 55% increase in RUB thanks to much higher tickets prices. But compared to 2008 russian rouble right now dropped by 24%. So between 50 and 55 mln is a reasonable prediction for total. Between 20 and 23 mln for the opening, around 700 mln RUB or slightly more I suppose. Depends from the last moment advertising.Ice Age 4 has some advantage because it is more liked by teens and adults. Madagascar on the other hand is considered as a kids movie.
