Endgame snapped its fingers and grossed $7.9M on Wednesday for an unreal $48.6M total. $926.3M up to Wednesday. Should pass $50M/$960M today (Thursday). Fifht highest single day ever only below Endgame's own records for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Infinity War's opening day. Top 5 all-time is all Disney. 8 titles among the Top 10, Toy Story 4 could kick out Minions. Edited May 2, 2019 by Carlangonz 1

I imagine it should be worth it but there is no seats available for anytime, probably over the weekend althouhg as @Carlangonz said I'm dying to see US¡ If you want to see it in IMAX hurry up because at least Universidad is been selling good for the weekend. Considering Perisur is more attended then... I want to see it on IMAX too but I'm going to wait until next week and instead catch Us (and maybe Long Shot) this weekend. 4 hours ago, carlsalf38 said: So, as we're nearing the weekend how much an impact will have the new movies? Big, some, barely worth mentioning? Will it be the first movie to have a 300M Second Weekend? I'm expecting $220M+ but anything can happen. I'm happy with $250M. 4 hours ago, carlsalf38 said: And for Detective Picachu? I'm seeing strong early reactions to it. So 130M will be possible? Now I'm on $110M+
Carlangonz
It took Coco about 17 days to achieve the highest number of admissions sold for a title in Mexico. Since Coco left a really high bar (+7M/+44% from previous record) Endgame is going to struggle a little bit more but eventually should make it before Day 28 of release. Isn't Infinity War the highest grosser in Mexico in local currency and $? I guess you are talking about admissions. Will like to know the top films. Edit: Got it. My guess would be 300m lc for the Weekend (around $16m). Thursday did 59m lc so it only needs 5 times Thursday during the FSS. That said IW did drop 64.7%. So using that drop it would be at $213m LC but it will go higher for sure So yeah 250m lc seems fair but it's EG so probably will do a bit more 😛 Btw @Carlangonz and @Purple Minion for updating and your predictions ! Carlangonz
It's funny how things are going to turn out by Monday morning: #1 all-time in lc #2 all-time in USD #3 all-time in admissions In sad news... Shazam! has dropped like a rock and suddenly almost disappeared so it won't make it to $300M lc. 1
