Yoshi: Ba-dum! I'm a dinosaur. But I'm not just any dinosaur. I'm Yoshi. And I need your help! My pal Birdo lost her giant bow and needs a replacement.

Birdo: Yeah, I need a bow, boo.

Yoshi: All around my island, there's Piantas that are willing to give you a bow. But you must find them! Here's a reminder of what Piantas look like!

 

 

Yoshi: Now go or I'll throw eggs at you!

 

elcaballero visits a coconut shop run by a Brown Pianta.

elcaballero: Uh. One bow, please.

Brown Pianta: Here you go!

elcaballero acquires the Brown Bow.

 

Confessional - elcaballero: That was easy enough. Hopefully it isn't any harder for the other survivors!

 

Cut to Agafin and Asyulus on a fishing pier.

Asyulus: I was told the Piantas were here. Agh!

Jack Sparrow: They must be around here somewhere!

Cheep-Cheeps start leaping over the bridge, threatening to knock them into the water.

Asyulus: Quick! Dodge the cheep-cheeps!

They dodge the cheep-cheeps, occasionally using martial arts to fight against fish.

Red Pianta: Wow, they're dodgers!

Yellow Pianta: They don't look like baseball players to me!

Asyulus and Jack Sparrow acquire the red and yellow bows, respectively.

 

Cut to Agafin taking the Orange Bow from an Orange Pianta in an alleyway.

Agafin: Thanks.

He turns to leave. Goldenhour36 stands in the way!

Agafin: Hey Golden. You have your bow?

Goldenhour36: I have my White Bow. But it's time for you to have your comeuppance!

Agafin: This isn't about Morieris, is it?

Goldenhour36: You voted out my showmance! Prepare to face my revenge!

TWO POISON MUSHROOMS

Goldenhour36: No more mister nice guy! I'm going to make sure you go home so I can avenge Morieris!

Agafin: Okay.

 

 

The Dark Alfred, Ethan Hunt, and Fancyarcher row a small boat to a small island off the coast of Delfino Plaza.

Fancyarcher: Why are we rowing to this island again?

Ethan Hunt: There's a sketchy dude on the island. Haven't you ever played Super Mario Sunshine before?

The Dark Alfred: Oh, I could vibe with this dude.

They reach the island and approach the Sketchy Pianta.

The Dark Alfred: Hey, got any weed?

Sketchy Pianta: No, but I have Birdo Bows.

Dark Alfred and Ethan Hunt require the Black and Pink bows respectively.

Fancyarcher: Uh, can I get a Blue Bow?

Sketchy Pianta: I'm all out of bows, sweetheart. Better luck next time.

The Dark Alfred: You're a Blue Pianta in disguise, though.

Fancyarcher: (cracks knuckles) Don't think I'm giving up so easily. 

Ethan Hunt: Uhhhhh... Fancy?

Fancyarcher: I'm ground-pounding the Pianta. 

Ethan Hunt: Not even Mario can ground-pound a Pianta. I know because I've played Super Mario Sunshine.

The Dark Alfred: Yeah, dude. You should abstain!

Fancyarcher: Check this out. 

Fancyarcher leaps above the Pianta, flips, and ground-pounds the Pianta. The Pianta becomes a Blue Birdo Bow.

Ethan Hunt: 😐 I stand corrected.

 

Cut to DAJK and Rorschach entering a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Rorschach: Hey. Any bows for a Birdo here?

Purple Pianta: If you eat one hundred buffalo wings, we'll give you a Buffalo Birdo Bow.

DAJK: Does it have to be a specific sauce?

Purple Pianta: Yes, it must be buffalo sauce.

DAJK: (looks to the camera)

 

Confessional - DAJK: I prefer the Mango Habanero.

 

DAJK and Rorschach sit at the table.

Green Pianta: I'm Green Pianta, I'll be your server today, how may I help you.

Rorschach: One hundred buffalo wings, por favor.

DAJK: Ditto.

The Pianta walks away. They stare off the balcony.

DAJK: That's a nice ski slope next to us.

Rorschach: I could totally rip some powder right now.

DAJK: Huh?

Rorschach: That's ski slang, meaning "skiing."

DAJK: Oh yeah.

They sit in silence. It's a nice day.

Rorschach: I'm glad we're allies, DAJK. I think we're great partners.

DAJK: For sure. Wait... Something's happening!

DAJK: It's an avalanche!

Rorschach: Oh sh– Take cover!

Pandemonium ensues.

Rorschach: I'm stuck behind the table!

DAJK: (too busy running to help him)

Rorschach braces for impact...

...But nothing happens.

Purple Pianta: Looks like it was just a fog cloud! But due to the scare, your wings are on the house.

They sit in silence. But it's not a nice day anymore.

Rorschach: Dude. You Force Majeure'd me.

DAJK: Force ma-what? Is that ski slang?

Rorschach: Force Majeure? Ruben Ostlund?

DAJK: Oh, uh. Ha ha ha. 😬

Green Pianta: Here's the Birdo Bows you wanted.

DAJK and Rorschach acquire the Green and Purple bows respectively.

The Survivors present their bows to Birdo.

Yoshi: Immunity goes to whoever has Birdo's favorite bow? Which bow's your favorite, Birdo?

Birdo makes the Birdo noise and picks Fancyarcher's Blue Bow.

Birdo: Now this is a Birdo Bow!

Ethan Hunt: That's not even the right color. 

Fancyarcher: Oh, I'm good. I'm real good. 

Birdo: But the Brown Bow gets an honorable mention!

Yoshi: You heard the queen! elcaballero, you're safe this week!

elcaballero: Nice, we're both safe, Fancy!

Fancyarcher and elcaballero:

Every week, a subset of items will be on sale. Buy a quick boost now, or wait for something better down the road!

 

Red Mushroom - 3 Coins (Gives your weekend predictions a boost of 3%; this can also be used on another tribemate.)

Poison Mushroom - 3 Coins (Decrease a specific player's prediction average by 3%.)

The Boo - 4 Coins (Secretly learn who someone else voted for at tribal council.)

     - players will know you played it, but not who you played it on

Bob-omb - 5 Coins (Pick a 5% range (ex. 65–70%); everyone within that range falls by 5%.)

Double Cherry - 6 Coins (Doubles your vote at tribal council.)

     - you can only use one per tribal

Ice Flower - 6 Coins (Freeze your vote to give yourself an extra vote you can use at a future tribal council)

     - you would play the flower instead of voting; play this at your own risk

Super Leaf - 7 Coins (Swat away the effect of one percentage-decrease item if played against you)

     - you must correctly predict which item is played against you (mushroom, bob-omb, etc.)

Warp Pipe - 7 Coins (Copy another player's unmodified average score and use it as your own.)

1-Up Mushroom - 8 Coins (Submit a second set of predictions)

     - best of two predictions for each film count toward your average score)

Ethan Hunt: I see. Well, that's the way I like going out—as a threat. Good game. That's all I gotta say.

(Ethan Hunt exits.)

 

Confessional - Ethan Hunt: I didn't expect to go out tonight, but I should've known to expect the unexpected, just like half my original tribe did. They're right to vote me out—I would've gotten them all, one by one...

Hello; it has come to my attention that Deadline reported a Thursday number abnormally early, as most Thursday numbers come around 10:00 or 11:00 AM EST. I’m uncertain if that’s a legit number or just an estimate. In any case, I’ve decided that you still have time to submit predictions if you haven’t already, because in my head, Deadline suddenly changing up their schedule isn’t fair to the players. The report came around midnight EST anyway so if I don’t make an exception this time, most players would be disqualified, and that’s no fun. Anyways, good luck at the challenge this week!
