The company did not take the name Marvel until 1961, but it was started in 1939 as Timely Comics. Intrestingly enough, the first COmic was called called "Marvel Comics" and the main charecters were Prince Namor, the Submariner and the original Android version of The Human Torch. The company kept the Timely name until 1951 where it became Atlas, finally becoming Marvel in 1961. And what would have been fun if they could have dug up some footage from the first live action movie with a Marvel Charecter....they did a serial starring Captain America in 1943. I need to post this to a porn website" Quote DeMayo, who intends to detail his prior employment with Marvel via OnlyFans, bore witness to and endured rampant discriminatory and harassing conduct during his years-long tenure with the Company. Well aware that DeMayo possessed copious knowledge regarding Marvel’s illicit and unsafe employment practices, the Company sought to silence DeMayo as part of his forced ouster Edited September 5 by PlatnumRoyce
HummingLemon496
With Deadpool passing $623M+ DOM in a bit, that still leaves no MCU movie to finish in that massive gap between Age of Ultron ($459M) and The Avengers ($623M). I think Spider-Man 4 can fill this gap but also if they release it on December 18th, 2026 and tie it into Doomsday/Secret Wars (this will be right between those two movies), I think it can pass TA

SpiderByte
Agatha reviews so far are mostly positive but apparently uneven in places. Apparently several LGBT characters which I'm sure certain YouTubers will react to normally and not like crazy people

SpiderByte
If that listing is real...CCXP is only a few days after the finale, and there is a 2026 slot still open.
toutvabien
I really want a Wanda movie but part of me hopes they are still cooking Shang-Chi 2 and can get it done by 2026.
dudalb
The charecter of Agatha has come along way from being Franky Richards Nanny.......though I woud not be surprised if somehow they work that angle into the MCU if just as a joke. And from the one shot in the promo film they are going to have some fun on The Witch's Road with Wizard of Oz references.......... I think the Kevin Feige never showed his skill in casting more then with Katherine Hahn as Agatha. Hahn was a major reason Agatha went over so well. and I hope they at least reference Stephan Strange, since monitoring supernatural activity is his main job. I won't be surprised if they turn Agatha from a villianess into a Anti Heroine, a la Harley Quinn. Edited September 17 by dudalb
