Only explanation I have is public awareness of "Discount Tuesday" is a lot more widespread these days and families now taking much bigger advantage of them as the cheapest day for a 2 hour babysitter.

Longlegs will probably have a 55+ domestic total? I don’t see 100m happening but this is very good for this film

it’ll be nearing $50 million by the end of this weekend Animated GIF

80M+ sounds about right. Would be bigger than any A24 film believe it or not

You are probably right. Considering where it is right now it would have to drop completely off a cliff not to reach 55m. But I think it’d have to hold like Smile to get to 100m, and there is always a chance it could hold worse than expected but I doubt it. 75m+ sounds right for me.

Unless it drops hard (which seems unlikely considering the weekdays), Longlegs should be at 46M by SUN

I think is heading to 75M final

+100M WW should happen, it’ll have global distribution, just in later dates (here for example in late August).

Somewhere between 55-70M dom is where I'm guessing Longlegs will end up at.

Speaking of which, apparently the marketing budget for it was less than 10M which makes it even more impressive.

That was only for the cryptic first 6 months of marketing.

A -20% Wednesday hold is insane.

Here in the UK, Longlegs’ Mon/Tue/Wed were all bigger than it’s Sunday (due to the football), so the legs aren’t exclusive to the US.

Longlegs fever is sweeping the world.
