Wouldn’t be too worried about presales (unless they’re abysmal). WOM should be good and Obon will give it a substantial boost. If it doesn’t pass Elemental Hollywood is cooked

I would say as of now tickets sold are maybe 2 to 3% of available seats. I checked some of the busiest location in the country and a few rural ones.

 

Does it mean much, eh. Probably if you were hoping for a breakout I guess? But like...if IO was that beloved here, it would've shown in the original run. It's japan, if not here, where else...

 

I think it probably makes 20-25M usd tops.

Doesn't seem like it's getting a lot of shows to me. Toho is clearly favoring MHA, which is obvious as it's their release.

 

That said don't think it is going to be an issue.

yeah there's no way it needs to have more than 120,000 seats on mimorin. The very very most you could expect from the mimorin sample would be 80,000 for a single day.
