Ideally we would be looking at 6.7M closing. but donno how local competition is in coming days. If its weak can do a marathon for 7M may be.

The 20th day number are roughly 110% of Aquaman.  Aquaman did 430K after that, following that would lead to 450K+. Aquaman had a good Week 4, but dropped badly in Week 5. May be Spider-man can avoid that. @imbruglia?

NWH vs Aquaman

Week 0 - 1026k vs 278k

Week 1 - 2499k vs 2099k

Week 2 - 1840k vs 1680k

Week 3 -  925k expected vs 676k

Week 4 - NA vs 245k

Week 5 - NA vs 47k

Week 6 - NA vs 6k

I hope for 375k Week 4, 190k Week 5 and 100k Week 6.

7-7.1M.

I think there will be bigger competition next week with more new films released.

it's all depends on weekend performance I guess..

it's still #1 on presale and new films are not that strong in general.

they were aided by free/discount tickets.. so let's see how much they will do today.

Capitalizing on Sunday's 118 and taking 70% drop for Monday.

Week 5 : (35 + 32 + 27 + 25 + 30 +60 +54) = 263k <----- 6.862m

Week 6 : (16.5 + 15.5 + 14 + 13 + 15.5 + 28 + 26.5) = 129k  <----- 6.991m [Again 70% drop for Monday]

Week 7 :  65

Week 8 :  25

Week 9 :  10 <---- 7m  Admits.

So, yeah even with worse drops, we will still reach 7m Admits, if Cinemas don't close down and NWH runs through whole January and February.

no idea. I don't follow animation crowd, so not sure if this one is that popular or not.

If you say this,I can verdict that JJK is not that popular in South Korea. The real popular anime like Naruto,One Piece,Dargon Ball, etc, even you are not anime fans, you can still fell how popular they are, they are just like a Phenomenon.

I don't have much idea of Korean Market. Because, I originally assumed 600K-700K for Demon Slayer Mugen Train because Soul was a big competitor &also the CoVid-19. Also Korean boycott Japanese products.

Regarding Season 1 of Jujutsu Kaisen, the anime was well-received but there was a boycott with the kanji word "kamikaze" of Mei's attack Bird Strike.

A Historical reference to Kamikaze is : It was Japan's suicide bombing team in World War 2.

The reason why boycott took place was because some Koreans were also forced to join kamikaze and sacrifice themselves.

Later, Akutami, was called one of the supporters of Japanese Imperialism.

Due to this I doubt Jujutsu Kaisen Movie 0 will be a success in Korea.

But, long runs does give fantastic results. I hope that this difference does not affect the legs of Jujutsu Kaisen Movie 0.

those are from different era.

japan comics were widely available through cheap rental shop in 90~2000's.

so those comics were just part of daily life for students, very mainstream and popular.

now japan comics have limited and very specific audience, nerd, otaku ish..

like.. I only heard of Demon Slayer due to controversy on online community.

and it did 2M admissions. so I'm definitely not the one y'all should ask.. lol
