Rsyu
RC recorded 87% seat saturation on 1500 screen during the weekend of its opening week. Basically a tenth of the population watched it during the first 5 days (disregarding repeat viewings). AoU won't come close to that. druv10
3D ATMOS Yes it will be keep on rising for an hour or two. That's great. We're looking at 620K+ OD then.
Rsyu
That's great. We're looking at 620K+ OD then. Possibly. The rising numbers are from uncounted midnight shows. Depends on how many people watched those.
Rsyu
We mentioned that teens and 20s age groups are the key demo for this film. Well, this week is exam week for most college students across the country and I'm sure it's similar for middle & high school students too. I know it's difficult to quantify the effect of such things but it could have had/be having an effect on the OD and OW.

Rsyu
AoU OD actually beats RC in terms of gross (in both KRW and USD) but falls just short of TF3. Change title? Yes but it's closer to $4.8M than $4.9M

Rsyu
There it is folks, 1M+ in admissions!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously doubt AoU comes close to a million presales. No film has managed even 700K yet. That's what he said
druv10
That's what he said To be fair, nobody saw this kind of presales coming.
