I mean if you look at what happened to IO it easy to imagine what an insane run that movie could have had if it didn't have have a 3.5m OD (12m movies) in it 3rd weekend, A 2.5m MI and 1m animation movie opening in 4th weekend (another 10m admission together) and a 3.2m opening in it's 5th weekend (another 10.5m movie). Elemental just jumped 61k admissions in two hours 😳 Its previous best two-hour period was 42k yesterday and this is 45% higher than that! The 11am - 1pm jump was much lower at 25k, so low that it seems like KoBiz messed up the data somewhere, we'll see if this holds for the next few hours because we're looking at 350k+ final if it does. Edit: the CGV jumped 10k in the last hour which would point to a 47k rolling 2-hour window. Still very high but idk how it jumped as high as 61k earlier. Yeah it would make more sense if 11am - 1pm had around 35k admits and 1pm - 3pm had around 51k admits, this seems a bit too high. Do you know what the CGV was at 12:25pm?
