IndustriousAngel
250mil would be great news at this point ... this burns like a strawfire everywhere.
zackzack
250mil would be great news at this point ... this burns like a strawfire everywhere. John MacClane has always been a lone hero. Having a weaker sidekick in Justin Long in DH4 may not dilute Willis screen presence that much, but having a stronger, more masculine sidekick in DH5 kinda confuse the audience. They sense the filmmakers are not into the whole franchise anymore. Bad Idea #1: Pairing a Secondary Hero next to a Classic Lone Hero. Imagine Arnold standing in a new TERMINATOR poster with Jason Momoa as a Terminator Jr. It becomes new material for SNL.
Fake
I'm thinking 230-235m OS and 300m WW.
zackzack
I'm thinking 230-235m OS and 300m WW. Agree. While I doubt Fox would continue with No 6, should they decide to bring McClane back, they should stick to the original formula of a lone man stuck in a claustrophobic location. And also, get McTiernan out of jail, get him to work again. The guy is underrated as a blockbuster director.

zackzack
If DH5 made anything above $300 million, it would be quite an accomplishment, I think

StephenN18
It may pass the overseas total, but it certainly won't pass the worldwide total.
