the Christmas to New Year day this year is so weak ,so SARft give permission Disney can release SW8 in mid December

Even though the local movies opening around the time are not huge ,but they can still take most of showtimes from SW8 on its 2nd weekend.

January is still better all considered.

Presales for tomorrow are down 8% and currently have 15% of screens on friday. Should rise.

 

If i had to guess this could be the breakdown for the rest of the week. Could be off no doubt if friday is good

 Its going to be close if it follows my guesstimate. But i wont rule out that friday will be higher

It makes sense to refuse it. Remember KFP got screwed by losing most of it showtimes in it's 2nd weekend during CNY.
